How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment via our online booking system, Instagram page, or by contacting us directly. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

 

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a 30% deposit is required for all services to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your final appointment cost.

 

Can I walk in without an appointment?

We operate mainly by appointment only to ensure each client receives dedicated time and attention. Walk-ins may be accepted depending on availability.

 

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

 

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule your appointment with 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Arrival & Clinic Policy

 

What happens if I am late to my appointment?

If you are late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

 

What should I do before my appointment?

Please arrive with clean skin, free of makeup or heavy skincare products where possible, especially for facial and lash treatments.
